All good things take time. Please allow 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday) for your books to be created and dispatched.

We offer free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £39!
All times quoted are in working days. Penwizard ships all UK orders via Royal Mail. Please note estimated shipping times can be affected during peak shipping periods or by Royal Mail delays.
All orders will be provided with a 5 point tracking number - No signature is required.
If you are using a discount code, the shipping cost will be calculated once the discount is applied.
For international orders, we use an international courier who provides you with tracked shipping fully through delivery. Delivery times can vary depending on the location, but we aim to fulfill international orders within 10 working days from the dispatch date.
If you've still not received your order 10 working days after the dispatch date, please check with your local sorting office and then Contact Us. We aim to send all items together, but we may dispatch some items separately to enable faster delivery. We do not accept liability for items not received when an incorrect address has been supplied. Penwizard reserves the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances.
