UK Production Times
All good things take time. Please allow 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday) for your books to be created and dispatched.

All times quoted are in working days. Penwizard ships all UK orders via Royal Mail. Please note estimated shipping times can be affected during peak shipping periods or by Royal Mail delays.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number - A signature may be required so please inform Royal Mail of your safe place preference.
If you are using a discount code, the shipping cost will be calculated once the discount is applied.
International orders We are currently unable to offer delivery outside of the UK.
If you've still not received your order 10 working days after the dispatch date, please check with your local sorting office and then Contact Us. We aim to send all items together, but we may dispatch some items separately to enable faster delivery. We do not accept liability for items not received when an incorrect address has been supplied. Penwizard reserves the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances.
