You send us your order
After you hit the Click to Personalise button on the product page, you'll see all the information that will be customised for your very special book. The first step is providing the details that will appear in the text, as well as the gift message that will be printed on the first page. Next, you'll design your illustrations by choosing from our range of hair colours, hairstyles, clothing colours, and more.
We print your book
When you add your personalised book to your basket and check out, we'll begin the printing process. It usually takes between 2 and 5 days to create a customised book. As soon as your book is printed and sent out, you'll get a shipping notification from us by email. The speed at which your book ships can be selected at checkout. Please allow some extra time for shipping if you are ordering close to a busy holiday!
