Canadian Production Times

All good things take time. Please allow 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for your books to be created and shipped.

Canadian Delivery Costs and Times

All times quoted are in business days. Penwizard ships all Canadian orders via Canada Post. Please note estimated shipping times can be affected during peak shipping periods or by Canada Post delays. 

All orders come with a door to door tracking number, please note, it is not a fully tracked service. 

If you still haven't received your order 10 business days after the ship date, please check your local post office and Contact Us. We aim to send all items together, but we may ship some items separately to enable faster delivery. We do not accept liability for items not received when an incorrect address has been supplied. Penwizard reserves the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances.
