Australian Production Times
All good things take time. Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for your books to be created and shipped.Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery

All times quoted are in business days. Penwizard ships all Australian orders via Australia Post or Aramax. Please note estimated shipping times can be affected during peak shipping periods or by delivery company delays.
Both shipping methods include a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
If you still haven't received your order 10 business days after the ship date, please check with your local post office or contact us. We aim to send all items together, but we may ship some items separately to enable faster delivery.
We do not accept liability for items not received when an incorrect address has been supplied. Penwizard reserves the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances.
